1. Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. Items are eligible for return only if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact.

3. Return Procedure
To request a return, please follow these steps:

Email us at info@mvdracewear.com with your order number and reason for return.

You will receive a return label in your email.

Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transport.

Attach the return label to the package and ship it via the specified carrier.
4. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For non-EU customers, all customs duties, taxes, and import fees are also the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For international payments, it may take additional days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. EU Legal Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the EU have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, without providing a reason. Products must be returned in their original condition. Returns beyond this statutory period are handled under our standard 30-day return policy.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders placed within europe will take 1-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Can I return my order for a refund?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase from MVD Racewear, you can return your order for a full refund (less shipping fees) within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items returned for a refund must be in unworn, unused, unwashed condition, with original tags still attached.
Are returns free?
Yes, we offer free returns on all eligible items.

Who will deliver my parcel?
We will send your order through DPD home. DPD Home can deliver your parcel on Monday to Friday and when requested on Saturday. As soon as your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a tracking code by e-mail so you can track the shipment yourself.
Will an order of several items be shipped in one parcel?
Yes, when you order at MVD Racewear, your order will be shipped in one package. The product with the longest delivery time is leading for the delivery of your order. Should you wish to receive a product earlier, we recommend you to place two separate orders.
What happens if I am not at home when my parcel arrives?
Are you not at home to collect your parcel? On the note left by the courier, you can see what you can do to collect your parcel.
My order is incomplete or damaged, what now?
Please contact our customer service, we are happy to help.
Can I also collect my order?
Yes, you can collect your order on weekdays from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. Please contact our customer service to schedule an appointment, so we can confirm your order will be ready for you.
Can I also pay cash when I collect my order?
Yes, no problem at all! Simply order your product online on our website and choose ‘Collect’ at delivery method. As payment method, you choose ‘ Bank transfer’. When you collect your order, you can pay cash with the exact amount. Please note there is no option to use PIN.
Do you own a store where I can try your clothing?
No, unfortunately we do not own a physical store. We are a web shop with a warehouse only. Should you be near or in the Eindhoven Area, you may contact us to schedule a fitting appointment.
